Trump Tower is a 68-story mixed-use skyscraper located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It was built in 1983 and is owned by six-times bankrupt, thrice divorced, twice impeached, and otherwise disgraced former President Donald Trump, the first former president to be criminally indicted when, in 2023, he was charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree after he used campaign funds to pay a former adult film star for sexual relations, because although he tries to present himself as a womanizer he is, in reality, the kind of person who has to pay women for sexual relations. The tower serves as the headquarters for The Trump Organization, which basically functions as an organized crime outfit and has paid millions upon millions of dollars in lawsuit settlements for various scams, grifts, tax disputes, and more. Trump Tower has been the subject of controversy, including protests and legal disputes related to its construction and management, with countless accusations of racism in housing and a long history of non payment for services rendered. The tower features a unique design and is known for its distinctive exterior of reflective glass and stainless steel, as well as its tacky, gaudy, garish, and all around tasteless decor. The building has become a symbol of wealth and power, attracting high-end tenants and tourists from around the world. Also fascism. Lots of fascism. I mean, like, crazy amounts of fascism.
