Adema is an American rock band that formed in Bakersfield, California in 2000. The band consists of vocalist Mark Chavez, guitarist Tim Fluckey, bassist Dave DeRoo, and drummer Kris Kohls. Adema gained popularity in the early 2000s with their self-titled debut album, which featured hit songs such as “Giving In” and “The Way You Like It”. The band’s music is often categorized as alternative metal, with influences from nu-metal and hard rock. Adema has released six studio albums to date, with their most recent being “Topple the Giants” in 2019. Despite some lineup changes over the years, Adema continues to tour and make music for their dedicated fanbase.
